Additionally, some of these links may be affiliate links, in which case we earn a commission for your visit, or purchase, through that site.


We require written, explicit approval on each and every order before it goes to print.

For wedding stationery, this requires an acknowledgement that you have read, proofed and approved every element of your suite, and that upon approval, Bella Carta Boutique is in no way responsible for inaccurate information, or the mispelling of any word. Please make sure you triple check everything included in your suite, and ask your fiance, family or friends for a second set of eyes.

For orders without a contract and placed through Etsy, this requires a written acknowledgement that you have closely read and proofed your order. Once you approve your order, Bella Carta is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information.


For wedding stationery, your deposit to secure my services is non-refundable. Terms and conditions for canceling our services at anytime during the design process is outlined clearly in our contract.

For any other printed orders: once work has commenced on the design, we will refund your order amount less a $35 design fee, as long as no files have been approved or sent for production. Once the design is approved, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded in any way. 

Once you receive your printed product, Bella Carta will only reprint if your order was damaged in shipping or if there was an error on our behalf. In order to initiate a request for reprint, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your package, outlining the problem and attaching photo documentation. 

For digital orders, once design work has commenced, no part of your can be refunded.


You are welcome to use and share images from our website, but please make sure to always credit Bella Carta Boutique with a link back to our site, and the name of the photographer, if applicable.


Each and every design on our site is protected by copyright laws, and is original to Bella Carta Boutique.




Bella Carta accepts both debit and credit card payments as well as PayPal.


Privacy and security of your information are of the utmost importance for us, and we will never share or sell your information.


Wedding Invitations that require a rush fee will be handled on a case-by-case basis. This is dependent upon my current workload, the number of items that need to be rushed, and the availability of my vendors. 

Rush charges for invitations and stationery that are not wedding related are subject to a $25 fee. This fee covers of moving it ahead in the production schedule, and handling the design and changes right away.


Sales tax is collected on orders billed to, or shipping within, the state of New Jersey. The sales tax rate is currently 7.00%.


Samples of our wedding collection designs can be purchased through Etsy. Samples are not customized, and contain one invitation, one RSVP, and sample of a coordinating outer envelope. If you choose to move forward with a contract and deposit, the amount of your purchase will be credited to your final invoice. If you want to see a sample of a particular print method (digital, letterpress or foil), please make sure to read the product description carefully before ordering. Samples cannot be returned or exchanged.


All wedding invitations are shipped via FedEx or USPS with a signature required upon delivery. This is to make sure packages do not go missing, and that your wedding invitations are not left out in inclement weather. The cost of shipping wedding stationery is not included in your estimate, and will be added to your final invoice.

All orders not requiring a contract are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Bella Carta ships to the address provided upon ordering (either through Etsy or for custom orders), and is not responsible for incorrect addresses, or missing packages that are marked as delivered. Additionally, Bella Carta is not responsible for shipping delays that are out of our control (weather, natural disasters, accidents, seasonal back-ups or any event which causes disruption to mail or package delivery). If your order is extremely time sensitive, we encourage you to upgrade shipping to 2-Day or Overnight Delivery via FedEx, and will send you an invoice for that amount.
