Today I'm sharing the third post in our wedding series, focusing on the inspiration behind our Charleston Suite! The first post can be found here, and the second, here!

Bella Carta Boutique | Charleston Wedding Suite Inspiration

I'll be honest, this suite was strictly inspired by what I imagine Charleston to be like, since I've never actually been. It is high on our list of must-see places in the next few years, but for now, I'll live vicariously through the perfect landscapes and pictures I've imagined on my own!

The vision for this wedding consisted of subtle colors of blush and grey, ameones, restored sprawling mansions with pristine lawns and beautiful old trees, and a vintage car for the bride & groom's final sendoff.

The design of this suite changed several times before I was ready for it to be photographed, and originally, it had a subtle blush background on the invitation and RSVP card. In the end, the white felt more natural, and a better choice against the rest of the elements for this suite!

As always, the suite doesn't feel finished unless it has a coordinating liner, and gorgeous hand lettering adorning the envelopes. This calligraphy is from Sincerely Amy Designs, and the patterned paper is from Antiquaria
